Toyota Of Runnemede Service Bdc Representative Toyota of Runnemede is currently looking to hire multiple Automotive Service BDC Representatives! Previous automotive service or BDC experience is a plus but not required. A strong customer service/sales background with a proven record of performance and job stability are required. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Making outbound calls following up with customer inquiries and future retention (100 200 calls daily) Organized and ambitious self-starter Enthusiastic personality Knowledge of dealership procedures preferred, but not required Ability to provide quality customer service Computer literacy Prompt & courteous Professional personal appearance & excellent verbal/written communication Must have clean & valid driver's license Work closely with service advisors, technicians, and management to ensure a seamless customer experience.
