Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on passenger vehicles
• Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, fluid services, and inspections
• Service brakes, tires, suspension, exhaust, and other key vehicle systems
• Use scan tools, technical data, and repair procedures to identify root causes
• Document findings, repairs, and recommended services accurately on work orders
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Communicate clearly with service advisors about repair needs and timelines
• Test drive vehicles to verify concerns and confirm quality of repairs
• Assist in maintaining shop equipment and tools in good working order
• Support a team-oriented, customer-first culture in the shop
