Join a growing women's health program in Southwest Arizona, where you'll build a full-spectrum OB/GYN practice with dedicated surgical access and the opportunity to practice in a brand-new birthing center.
Position Highlights
- Full-spectrum OB/GYN practice with approximately 3,000 annual deliveries
- Newly built clinic and standalone birthing center
- Established women's health clinic with integrated urgent care and surgical services
- Mix of clinic, operating room, and hospital-based care
- Dedicated blocked OR time
- Practice supported by a 406-bed hospital with a Level III NICU
- Established referral base with continued community growth
- Shared call rotation with manageable frequency
- Advanced practice provider support to help balance workload

Candidate Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN
- Comfortable providing full-spectrum obstetric and gynecologic care
- Open to both new graduates and experienced physicians
- Arizona medical license or ability to obtain
