Part-Time Infant Babysitter

Sittercity is seeking a caring, tech-savvy part-time sitter for a 6 month old infant. In this role, you'll provide safe, attentive in-home care, including feeding, diapering, nap supervision, and age-appropriate play that supports early development. You'll use Sittercity's platform and tools to manage schedules and communicate with parents, sharing updates and responding quickly to messages. Ideal candidates are reliable, CPR/First Aid trained, comfortable with basic infant routines, and aligned with Sittercity's mission to help families access safe, flexible childcare they can trust.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, in-home care for a 6-month-old infant
• Manage daily routines including feeding, diapering, and naps
• Engage the child in age-appropriate, developmentally supportive play
• Monitor infant safety and well-being at all times
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing updates and observations
• Use Sittercity's platform to manage schedules and messaging
• Follow family preferences for routines, feeding, and soothing
• Maintain a clean, orderly environment related to the child's care
• Respond promptly to any concerns or changes in the child's condition
• Uphold Sittercity's standards for trust, safety, and reliability
