Restaurant Host / Hostess

Fricker's USA, LLC is seeking an energetic Greeter to be the friendly first point of contact in our lively restaurant and sports bar. You'll welcome guests, manage waitlists, organize seating, and help maintain a smooth guest flow during busy shifts. This role supports a fun, team-oriented environment where great service and a positive attitude matter most. Ideal candidates are outgoing, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Responsibilities

• Warmly greet arriving guests and provide an enthusiastic first impression
• Manage waitlists, quote accurate wait times, and organize seating rotations
• Escort guests to tables and provide menus and basic information about specials
• Communicate table status and guest flow with servers and hosts
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance
• Support takeout order check-in and guest pick-up as needed
• Respond to guest questions and direct them to appropriate staff
• Follow restaurant safety, sanitation, and appearance standards
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented sports bar environment
