Vice President, Title & Escrow Operations

The Vice President / County Manager leads multi-branch title and escrow operations for Insured Titles in Northwest Montana. This senior leader oversees staff, daily workflows, and financial performance while ensuring accurate, compliant delivery of title and escrow services. The role shapes local growth strategy, develops strong customer and community relationships, and implements corporate initiatives to drive efficiency, quality, and sustainable market growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop staff across Kalispell, Whitefish, and Bigfork operations to ensure high performance and engagement.
• Oversee daily title and escrow operations to deliver accurate, timely, and efficient services.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, monitoring profitability and driving sustainable growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, licensing, fiduciary responsibilities, and industry regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, lenders, real estate partners, and community stakeholders.
• Create and execute business development strategies to grow market share and revenue in assigned counties.
• Partner with corporate leadership to implement company initiatives and operational best practices.
• Analyze performance metrics to guide strategic decisions and continuously improve processes.
