Senior Electrical Superintendent Data Center

Lead electrical construction field operations on data center projects, coordinating superintendents, field engineers, subcontractors and trades to meet the master schedule, safety, quality and project requirements. This traveling role includes schedule management, inspections, documentation, testing coordination and project closeout.

Responsibilities

• Lead superintendents, project field engineers and other field staff.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, labor crews and subcontractor scopes of work.
• Oversee project safety, safety meetings, site access and traffic control.
• Manage permits, equipment inventory, rentals and testing records.
• Prepare look-ahead schedules, update the master schedule and report daily progress.
• Coordinate inspections, maintain as-built drawings, and manage quality control and project closeout.
