An established and fast-growing commercial general contractor is seeking an Assistant Project Manager / Project Engineer to support project delivery across Miami-Dade County. Description Support a Junior Project Manager with interior renovation projects from preconstruction through closeout. Assist with project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and coordination activities. Work alongside field and office teams to maintain schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Participate in commercial and multifamily construction projects throughout Miami-Dade County. Develop the skills and experience required to progress into larger, more complex projects. Profile 0-3 years of construction experience as a Project Engineer, Coordinator, or Assistant Project Manager. Local South Florida construction experience preferred. Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred but not required. Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and team-oriented approach. Motivated to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in construction management. Job Offer Salary: $65,000-$80,000 base salary + bonus Fuel card, company cell phone or phone allowance, medical benefits, 401(k), and PTO. Direct exposure to healthcare, education, commercial, and multifamily projects valued from $1M-$30M. Structured mentorship and a defined pathway toward a Project Manager position.
