Business Consultant - Commercial Cleaning (Bilingual English/Spanish)

OVERVIEW

The Bilingual Business Consultant supports Certified Business Owners (CBOs) in the commercial cleaning industry through structured Brand Standard Audits, coaching, and operational guidance to ensure compliance, service quality, and business success.

PREREQUISITE KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EDUCATION:

• Fluent in Spanish
• Reliable personal vehicle for regular local travel
• Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and professional communication
• Executes multiple priorities with structured planning and timely follow through
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Effective leadership with proven coaching and team development ability
• Solution focused mindset when addressing operational challenges
• Proficient in office systems, workflow management, and business software
• Applies sound administrative judgment and structured thinking
• Communicates calmly and persuasively in high pressure situations
• Maintains strict confidentiality with sensitive business information
• Undergraduate degree required; additional education is encouraged

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct daily Brand Standard Audits across multiple customer accounts
• Provide same day resolution for customer complaints and escalated concerns
• Complete required daily customer service calls
• Deliver clear feedback, coaching, and mentorship to Certified Business Owners
• Identify areas of non compliance and partner with CBOs to resolve them
• Build strong working relationships to support CBO accountability and performance
• Recommend proactive solutions when accounts show risk of cancellation
• Meet with clients and CBOs to review scope of work and establish expectations
• Follow up with clients after the first cleaning service and conduct an in person Brand Standard Audit after the second service
• Identify and recommend Special Services to enhance the customer experience
• Coordinate account transfers between CBOs to ensure accurate completion of scope of work

DAILY SCHEDULE:

• Monday through Friday / 9:00am - 5:00pm
