Enforce established project safety requirements; correct hazards and stop unsafe operations when necessary.
Coordinate layout, concrete placements, pipe testing, equipment setting, quality inspections, and commissioning preparation.
Make sure work is performed from current approved drawings and specifications.
Maintain detailed daily reports, progress photos, delay records, and field communications.
Work closely with the Project Manager, engineers, suppliers, municipality, and trade partners through startup and turnover.
Compensation and benefits
Salary: $85,000 $110,000 per year.
Health, dental, and vision insurance.
Paid time off (PTO).
Life insurance and a 401(k) retirement plan with a 3% employer match.
