Responsibilities

• Manage and lead criminal defense cases from inception through resolution
• Develop and strategize case theories and defense mechanisms
• Supervise, mentor, and train junior lawyers and paralegals
• Participate in trials, present cases in court effectively
• Negotiate settlements and plea deals with discretion and tact
• Stay updated with changes in criminal law and ensure compliance in all legal activities
• Enhance the firm's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
