Food Manufacturing Maintenance Manager

Manage maintenance employees and oversee repairs, equipment installation, and preventive building and equipment maintenance at an on-site refrigerated food manufacturing plant in Hillsboro, Oregon. Troubleshoot automated systems, including HMIs and PLCs, and ensure work follows safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance employees and oversee automated technology.
• Troubleshoot Human-Machine Interfaces and Programmable Logic Controllers.
• Maintain employee relations and evaluate job performance.
• Conduct and follow through on preventive maintenance.
• Make repairs using a Business Planning and Control System.
