Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative

Inizio Engage is seeking a Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative to drive adoption of innovative therapies within the biotechnology and pharmaceuticals sector. In this field-based role, you will build strong relationships with healthcare providers, deliver clinically credible product information, and execute strategic territory plans to achieve sales targets. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you'll leverage data, digital tools, and scientific insights to shape meaningful patient, provider, and payer experiences in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with healthcare professionals to drive adoption of assigned pharmaceutical products
• Deliver scientifically credible product presentations and respond to clinical inquiries from providers
• Develop and execute territory business plans to meet and exceed sales and market share targets
• Analyze territory data, identify opportunities, and prioritize high-impact customer engagements
• Collaborate with cross-functional and market access teams to support product access and pull-through
• Ensure compliant promotion in line with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards
• Plan and track customer interactions using CRM tools, maintaining accurate and timely records
• Organize and support educational programs, in-services, and speaker events for clinical audiences
• Monitor competitive activity and provide ongoing market insights to internal stakeholders
• Continuously develop product, disease state, and healthcare market knowledge through training and self-study
