Sales Specialist

ActionLink is hiring a Sales Specialist to represent leading consumer electronics brands in major retailers. In this field-based role, you will drive sell-through by engaging shoppers, demonstrating products, and influencing retail associates. Responsibilities include executing merchandising plans, maintaining brand standards, and reporting store-level insights. Responsibilities

• Drive in-store sales for consumer electronics and premium brands across major retailers
• Engage shoppers, demonstrate products, and communicate key features and benefits
• Execute merchandising plans, planograms, and product displays to Action
• Link standards
• Train and influence retail staff on product knowledge and selling techniques
• Collect and report sales, traffic, and merchandising data using digital tools
• Collaborate with field leaders and brand partners to meet performance goals
• Maintain strong product knowledge through continuous learning and updates
• Ensure brand compliance, signage accuracy, and inventory visibility
• Support promotional events and new product launches in assigned stores
• Provide feedback from customers and stores to improve programs and results
