Job Description

Nurse Practitioners provide comprehensive patient care by assessing health conditions, developing treatment plans, managing medications, and supporting patients through education, preventive care, and ongoing monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and evaluate their health conditions.
• Develop clinical diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Manage and monitor patient medications.
• Provide health counseling and patient education.
• Deliver preventive care services.
• Monitor patient progress and response to treatment.
• Order appropriate diagnostic tests.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in advanced practice nursing.
