Job Overview:
We are seeking a Finishing/Snagging Manager to oversee the final stages of residential development, ensuring all finishing works meet quality standards and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage finishing trades (painting, tiling, flooring, joinery, etc.).

Conduct snagging inspections and resolve defects.

Ensure compliance with design and safety regulations.

Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.

Prepare snag lists and hand over units with minimal defects.
Requirements:

Experience in a similar role within residential construction.

Strong knowledge of finishing materials and techniques.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Effective team management and communication abilities.

Relevant certifications (CSCS, SMSTS) preferred.
