MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIST

Clinical Pathology Laboratories, Inc. (CPL) seeks a Medical Technologist to perform complex clinical laboratory tests within our Laboratory Services department. In this role, you will process and analyze specimens, operate and maintain analyzers, and ensure accurate, timely results that directly support patient diagnosis and treatment. Working in CPL's collaborative culture, you'll partner with pathologists and healthcare teams, follow strict quality and safety standards, and receive ongoing training and development to grow your technical expertise and advance your laboratory career.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex clinical laboratory tests in hematology, chemistry, and related areas
• Prepare, process, and analyze patient specimens according to established protocols
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and analyzers
• Ensure accurate, timely reporting of test results to support patient diagnosis and treatment
• Follow quality control, safety, and regulatory standards in all laboratory activities
• Collaborate with laboratory staff and healthcare providers to resolve testing issues
• Document and review test data, maintaining accurate records in the LISParticipate in ongoing training, competency assessments, and process improvements
