This role is crucial for ensuring the highest level of operational excellence and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be instrumental in troubleshooting, maintaining, and servicing our innovative digital imaging products. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, customer interaction skills, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with digital imaging devices to minimize downtime.
  • Provide reliable and timely service for Canon digital imaging products to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Perform routine maintenance and software updates on devices to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Educate clients on the proper use of devices to maximize their efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Document and report customer feedback and service issues to help improve product quality and service delivery.
