Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook nutritious meals for residents following dietary guidelines and portion standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen in compliance with health regulations
• Collaborate with dietary and nursing staff to accommodate special diets and resident preferences
• Assist with menu preparation, food labeling, and proper storage of ingredients
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Support meal service during both AM and PM shifts, ensuring timely meal delivery
• Monitor food quality, taste, and presentation to meet community standards
• Follow all safety, HACCP, and infection control procedures
