European Automotive Service Technician

Promotive is seeking a Euro Automotive Technician A or B+ Level to deliver expert service on European vehicles. In this role, you'll diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues, perform precise repairs, and handle scheduled maintenance using advanced diagnostic tools and OEM information. You'll document work thoroughly, partner with service advisors, and uphold high safety and quality standards. Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain European vehicles to manufacturer standards
• Perform advanced electrical, mechanical, and drivability diagnostics
• Use OEM and aftermarket scan tools, service information, and technical diagrams
• Complete scheduled maintenance, inspections, and safety checks
• Document work performed and recommended repairs in shop systems
• Collaborate with service advisors to explain repairs and timelines
• Follow shop safety, quality, and cleanliness standards
• Stay current on new Euro vehicle technologies and repair procedures
