Hotel Shuttle Driver - Hospitality

Hilton Hotels is seeking a reliable Driver to provide safe, courteous transportation for guests and team members. In this role, you will shuttle guests between the hotel, airports, and local destinations, assist with luggage, and deliver exceptional service that reflects Hilton's hospitality culture. You will inspect and maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety, follow schedules and traffic laws, and communicate with hotel teams to coordinate pickups. Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests, luggage, and supplies between hotel, airports, and local destinations following all traffic and safety regulations.
• Provide courteous, professional customer service, including greeting guests, assisting with luggage, and answering questions about hotel services and local attractions.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, report maintenance needs, and ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and presentable at all times.
• Accurately follow trip schedules, maintain logs as required, and communicate with the front desk and operations team regarding guest pick-ups and drop-offs.
• Adhere to Hilton policies, safety standards, and local regulations while representing the Hilton brand and supporting a culture of hospitality and teamwork.
