Senior Maintenance Manager - Power Generation

Constellation Energy is seeking a Senior Manager, Maintenance Execution to lead maintenance strategies across our energy generation assets. In this role, you will oversee planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance, drive asset reliability, and ensure strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, optimize maintenance budgets and schedules, and implement data-driven improvements. Partner with operations, engineering, and vendors to support high equipment availability and efficiency while contributing to Constellation's sustainability and innovation goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance for energy generation assets
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve asset reliability and availability
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Manage maintenance budgets, resource allocation, and contractor/vendor performance
• Use data, KPIs, and root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and planning teams to align maintenance with production goals
• Coach and develop maintenance supervisors and technicians
• Oversee use and optimization of CMMS/EAM systems for work management and asset data
• Support capital and reliability projects from a maintenance execution perspective
• Promote a culture of safety, innovation, and operational excellence
