Seeking BE/BC Internal Medicine physician to join hospital-employed team in Wichita Falls, Texas. Here, Internal Medicine is practiced the way it should be: with longitudinal relationships, protected physician time, and strong system resources that allow you to focus on complex adult care without burning out.

• Average of 10-14 patients per day
• 4.5-day work week
• Epic EMR
• Schedule Autonomy - you decide how your schedule is built and your volume
• Strong support to reduce clerical burden and keep you practicing medicine
  (APP's, RN nurse navigators, community health workers, social workers, experienced practice managers)
• A transition clinic that streamlines post-discharge care allowing you to build longitudinal management of complex patients instead of urgent follow-ups.

• Guaranteed base salary floor of $250k plus wRVU production incentive
