Job Title: Chartered Building Surveyor Location: Stratford-upon-Avon (Projects across the Midlands and London) Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 Working Arrangement: Hybrid with flexible hours Are you a driven Chartered Building Surveyor looking for an opportunity to lead impactful projects and grow your own department, all while enjoying a supportive and flexible work environment? Key Responsibilities: Manage projects from design to delivery, ensuring compliance with the Construction Safety Act, Building Regulation Act, and Building Safety Act Lead high-profile development projects in education, residential, and local authority sectors Conduct surveys, provide dilapidation advice, and prepare detailed building reports Oversee building control applications and collaborate with conservation officers on listed building projects Requirements: MRICS qualification with a degree in Building Surveying or related discipline.
