Healthcare Site Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations at the Sheraton site to ensure high-quality person-centered care
• Lead, schedule, and support direct care staff, providing coaching and performance feedback
• Ensure compliance with Sevita policies, safety standards, and healthcare regulations
• Coordinate care plans, documentation, and service delivery for individuals served
• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and partnering professionals
• Monitor site quality metrics and implement improvements as needed
• Assist with onboarding and ongoing training of staff
• Respond to incidents or emergencies and complete required reporting
