Commercial Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to meet milestones
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality requirements
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract documentation
• Communicate project status, risks, and solutions to stakeholders
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and technology teams to optimize delivery
• Drive continuous improvement using data, software tools, and best practices
