Monty's Automotive is seeking an experienced and skilled Shop Foreman to lead our team of mechanics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience : Minimum of 10 years in the automotive repair industry.
• Technical Expertise : Proficient in diagnosing cars and electrical systems.
• Team Leadership : Provide training and guidance to mechanics, ensuring they are compliant with industry regulations.
• Bilingual : Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Customer Relations : Handle customer complaints and maintain positive relations.
• Scheduling : Create and manage employee schedules.
• Shop Maintenance : Ensure the shop is organized and clean to prevent safety hazards.
• Hands-On Work : Willing to work on cars as needed to support the team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Shop Foreman or similar role.
• Strong leadership, punctuality, integrity, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
• High attention to detail and commitment to safety.
