Associate Nurse Manager Surgical

UCHealth is seeking an Associate Nurse Manager for our surgical unit to support patient-first, innovative care. Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership for the surgical nursing unit, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care
• Supervise and support surgical nursing staff, including scheduling, coaching, and performance feedback
• Coordinate patient flow, staffing, and resources to meet clinical demands and quality metrics
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize surgical care and outcomes
• Monitor compliance with UCHealth policies, regulatory standards, and infection prevention practices
• Support onboarding, training, and professional development of surgical nurses and techs
• Use clinical data and feedback to drive continuous improvement and patient experience initiatives
• Participate in budgeting, supply management, and operational planning for the surgical unit
