Automotive Service Advisor - Retail Auto Care Center

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and interact with them to understand vehicle problems and services required.
• Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and estimate the cost of repairs.
• Write up customer's vehicle problems accurately and clearly on repair order.
• Manage workflow and documentation from initial customer interaction to final completion of vehicle services.
• Follow up with customers on service status and ensure timely completion of work.
• Handle customer queries and resolve any issues with service.
• Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction through in-depth knowledge of services, management of expectations, and clear communication.
