Outside Sales Representative - Dewatering & Pump Solutions

Holland Pump Company is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow rental and equipment sales of dewatering and pump solutions for construction, municipal, and industrial clients. In this field-focused role, you'll prospect, visit job sites, and work directly with contractors and project managers to understand complex dewatering challenges and recommend customized pumping systems. You'll manage a territory, build and expand accounts, develop quotes and proposals, and collaborate closely with engineering and field service teams to ensure safe, reliable performance and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a territory sales plan for construction and industrial dewatering and pump solutions
• Prospect, qualify, and close new rental and equipment sales with contractors, municipal, and industrial clients
• Conduct on-site customer visits to assess pumping and dewatering needs and propose technical solutions
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and bid responses in coordination with engineering and operations teams
• Manage and grow existing accounts through regular follow-up and superior customer service
• Collaborate with field service and operations teams to ensure successful project start-up and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and activity reports
• Represent Holland Pump Company at industry events, job sites, and customer meetings
• Stay current on product specifications, dewatering methods, and competitive offerings
• Promote a culture of safety, reliability, and customer-first service in all interactions
