Seasonal Sales Support Advisor - Oak St.

Summary

The Seasonal Sales Support Advisor supports the Moncler store team during peak seasonal business periods. This role helps deliver an elevated client experience while assisting with product flow, replenishment, inventory, and store organization across the sales floor and back of house.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and support Client Advisors with client requests and merchandise retrieval.
• Assist with replenishment, go-backs, receiving, unpacking, and merchandise organization.
• Maintain an organized sales floor and back of house, and support inventory activities.
• Help maintain visual merchandising standards and provide flexible support to the store team.
• Follow company policies, safety requirements, and operational standards.

Requirements

• Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, or other client-facing experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, punctual, flexible, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexible availability during the seasonal employment period, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and peak business days.
