Clinical Nurse IVF/REI Clinic

BJC HealthCare seeks a Clinical Nurse for our IVF/REI clinic on a PRN basis. In this specialized reproductive endocrinology setting, you'll provide compassionate, evidence-based care to fertility patients, including patient assessments, cycle monitoring, medication administration, and pre/post-procedure support. Collaborate with physicians and embryology teams, educate patients on treatment plans, maintain accurate documentation, and uphold safety, quality, and regulatory standards in a mission-driven, learning-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to IVF/REI patients, including assessments, vitals, and treatment monitoring
• Administer fertility medications and support procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care
• Coordinate with physicians, embryology, and ancillary teams to support individualized care plans
• Document care accurately in the EHR and maintain compliance with regulatory and clinic protocols
• Support quality, safety, and infection control initiatives within the IVF/REI clinic
• Participate in ongoing learning, training, and process improvement efforts in collaboration with clinic leadership
