Associate Sales Representative

Abbott Laboratories is seeking an Associate Sales Representative, CRM to support sales growth for our cardiovascular and diagnostics portfolio. In this role, you will prospect and qualify leads, maintain accurate data in our CRM, and support the sales team with presentations, demos, and follow-ups. You will collaborate with marketing, medical, and account teams to execute sales plans, analyze territory performance, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities

• Support execution of territory sales plans for Abbott cardiovascular and diagnostics solutions
• Prospect, qualify, and nurture leads to build a strong sales pipeline
• Maintain accurate, timely records of activities and opportunities in the CRM system
• Assist with product presentations, demos, and training for healthcare customers
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and clinical teams to align on customer strategies
• Analyze sales and territory data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Provide responsive follow-up and service to support long-term customer relationships
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account updates for management
