School-Age Childcare Program Director

As Site Director at G. Harold Antrim Elementary School, you will lead KinderCare's on-site educational program, ensuring high-quality care and learning for school-age children. You'll manage daily operations, supervise and coach staff, maintain licensing and safety compliance, and partner closely with school leadership and families. You'll oversee curriculum implementation, enrollment, budgeting, and scheduling while fostering a nurturing, inclusive culture aligned with KinderCare's standards and a strong focus on child development and family engagement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Kinder
• Care program at the elementary school site
• Supervise, coach, and schedule staff to ensure high-quality care and instruction
• Ensure compliance with state licensing, district policies, and health and safety standards
• Implement and monitor age-appropriate curriculum and enrichment activities
• Manage enrollment, parent communication, and family engagement initiatives
• Partner with school administrators and teachers to align goals and support students
• Monitor site budget, supplies, and resource allocation effectively
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and incident reporting
• Lead a positive, inclusive culture for children, families, and staff
