Environmental Health and Safety Manager - Technology Operations

Innova is seeking an EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety programs across our fast-paced technology operations. You will design and implement EHS policies that support secure data centers, labs, and office environments, ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local regulations. Responsibilities include risk assessments, incident investigations, safety training, and audits across global teams. You'll partner with engineering, IT, and facilities to embed safety into projects, drive continuous improvement, and cultivate a proactive safety culture that supports innovation and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and standards for Innova's technology operations
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable local, state, and federal regulations
• Conduct risk assessments, job hazard analyses, and safety inspections for offices, labs, and data-related environments
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning
• Plan and execute EHS audits and track action item closure
• Design and deliver EHS training programs for technical and non-technical staff
• Collaborate with engineering, IT, and facilities on safe project design and management of change
• Develop emergency response plans and coordinate drills with internal teams and external partners
• Monitor EHS metrics, analyze trends, and report performance to leadership
• Promote a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement across global teams
