Housekeeper - Senior Living Facility

Brightview Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Housekeeper to support a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents in our senior living community. In this healthcare-focused housekeeping role, you will perform daily room and common-area cleaning, disinfect high-touch surfaces, launder linens, restock supplies, and follow infection control and safety procedures. You'll interact warmly with residents and visitors, respond to housekeeping requests, and collaborate with a supportive, team-oriented staff committed to resident-first service, dignity, and comfort. Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to community and healthcare standards
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces and follow infection control protocols
• Handle and launder linens and personal items per procedures
• Restock housekeeping carts and supply closets daily
• Safely use and store cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Report maintenance or safety issues promptly to supervisors
• Respond courteously to resident and family housekeeping requests
• Follow all safety, hazard communication, and PPE guidelines
• Work collaboratively with nursing, maintenance, and activities teams
• Support a warm, resident-first atmosphere through positive interactions
