Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the facility, including but not limited to, leasing, customer service, and maintenance.
• Implement cutting-edge software solutions developed by Contract Osprey to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of all facility transactions, including leases, payments, and incident reports.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and zoning regulations.
• Oversee the marketing and outreach efforts to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Prepare and manage the facility's budget and financial reports.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Train and supervise facility staff, ensuring a high standard of customer service and operational efficiency.
