Global Solution Mining Technology Engineer

Develop global solution mining standards, processes and technology roadmaps that support manufacturing strategy. Analyze operational performance and industry trends, guide process design and hazard analysis, and provide technical expertise across operating sites. Build team capability through training and coaching while supporting well interventions, regulatory compliance and long-term technology planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain global solution mining design standards, technology transfer packages and risk-management practices.
• Analyze plant performance, operational data and industry trends to identify gaps and recommend process or design improvements.
• Develop manufacturing technology roadmaps and evaluate business cases, technology alternatives and improvement opportunities.
• Provide technical leadership for process design, hazard analysis and performance monitoring.
• Develop technical education and deliver training and coaching to close knowledge and competency gaps.
• Advise business partners, operating sites and external resources as the solution mining subject matter expert.
