Youth Fitness Program Supervisor

Edge Fitness Clubs is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Edge Kids Supervisor to lead our youth fitness and wellness programs. As an Edge Kids Supervisor, you'll oversee our children-focused activities and ensure a safe, engaging, and educational environment that aligns with our commitment to quality fitness experiences. This role is critical for allowing parents to feel confident in the safety of their children while they utilize our fitness facilities. Your leadership will help shape the physical and mental well-being of the next generation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging fitness and wellness programs tailored for children
• Ensure all children's activities comply with health and safety regulations
• Manage, train, and schedule staff involved in the kids' programs
• Monitor children's progress and provide feedback to parents and management
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the children's activity area
• Coordinate with other club departments to promote and market kids' programs

• First Aid and CPR certification
