Director of Construction - Mission Critical

We are seeking a Director of Construction to lead the execution of large, complex commercial construction projects for a top-tier general contractor. This role is for a proven construction leader who can drive performance, lead teams, and maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across multiple projects and project teams
• Drive schedule, cost, safety, and quality performance
• Lead and mentor Project Executives, PMs, and Superintendents
• Partner with clients, designers, and internal leadership
• Identify and mitigate project risk

Qualifications

• 10+ years of GC construction management experience
• Proven leadership on large-scale commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of construction operations and delivery
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
