Pharma Production Operators

Adecco is hiring Pharma Production Operators to support high-quality pharmaceutical manufacturing within a professional, scientific, and technical environment. In this role, you will operate and monitor production equipment, handle raw materials, and follow detailed batch records to ensure accurate, compliant output. You'll work under strict GMP and safety standards, perform in-process quality checks, and maintain clean, sanitized work areas. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll help meet production targets while contributing to a culture of safety, precision, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, on-site setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor pharmaceutical production equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow strict GMP, SOPs, and quality standards throughout manufacturing processes
• Measure, mix, and handle raw materials according to batch records
• Perform in-process checks, record data accurately, and complete documentation
• Clean, sanitize, and set up production areas and equipment between batches
• Assist with basic troubleshooting and report equipment issues promptly
• Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and warehouse teams to meet production goals
• Adhere to safety, hygiene, and compliance requirements at all times
