What You'll Do

• Oversee electrical construction activities within your assigned scope, including manpower, materials, and daily field operations.

• Coordinate with project superintendents and other trades to keep projects on schedule.

• Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate field personnel while ensuring work is completed efficiently.

• Utilize company-provided technology to support project coordination and field execution.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of electrical construction experience, including field supervision on multimillion-dollar projects.

• Active journeyman or master electrician license.

• Strong knowledge of NEC, local electrical codes, and construction safety requirements.

• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

• Leadership skills with the ability to manage crews, coordinate resources, and maintain quality standards.

• Basic computer skills and willingness to embrace technology.
