Architectural Staff

Duties: Investigate, evaluate, and recommend design solutions. Plan, design, and coordinate technical design projects. Prepare structure specifications, drawings, and other construction documents. Attend project meetings to understand objectives and requirements for structures and ensure timely and quality completion of project deliverables. Provide technical guidance to less experienced architects/architectural staff. Requirements: (1) Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field; (2) six months of experience as an Architectural Designer or a related occupation; and (3) demonstrated experience with: architectural design software (Revit/AutoCAD/SketchUp/Lumion), LEED architecture, zoning/code permit and design submittals with local authorities (DOB/DCRA,HPO/CFA/DOEE/DDOT), historic renovation, and urban design projects To apply, send a PDF of your resume + work samples to dot com
