Casino Promotions Coordinator

Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking a Promotions Coordinator to support engaging casino and resort promotions that enhance the guest experience. In this on-site role, you'll help plan, schedule, and execute drawings, giveaways, and special events across the casino, hotel, and venues. You'll coordinate logistics, signage, and prize fulfillment while working closely with marketing, gaming, and hospitality teams. This fast-paced, guest-facing position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and professionalism, ensuring all promotions are accurate, compliant, and aligned with our guest-first, team-oriented culture.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute casino and resort promotions, drawings, and special events
• Coordinate promotion logistics including signage, supplies, and prize fulfillment
• Collaborate with marketing, gaming, hotel, and food & beverage teams to support campaigns
• Assist with promotional calendar, event setup, and on-floor guest engagement
• Track participation, results, and feedback to support reporting and improvement
• Ensure compliance with gaming, tribal, and company policies in all promotions
• Provide on-site support during evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Deliver excellent guest service, resolving basic questions and issues quickly
