Entry-Level Technical Recruiter

Support technical and data center hiring by sourcing candidates, conducting initial phone screenings, managing high-volume candidate outreach, and tracking recruiting pipelines, deliverables, timelines, and metrics. This 12-month contract role is fully onsite in Seattle.

Responsibilities

• Build Boolean search strategies and identify active and passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and Git
• Hub.
• Provide sourcing insights, competitive landscape analysis, and talent availability data to recruiters and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, motivation, and fit.
• Manage high-volume candidate calls while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
• Document sourcing plans and track deliverables, timelines, and recruiting metrics.
• Support pipeline health for technical and data center openings.
