Commercial Facilities Maintenance Technician

TDG Facilities, LLC is seeking a Mobile Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform commercial building repairs, preventive maintenance, and minor construction tasks across client sites. Responsibilities include troubleshooting HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems; completing work orders; conducting inspections; and supporting small fit outs. Role requires frequent travel between locations, strong safety awareness, accurate documentation, and professional customer interaction. Ideal candidates are detail oriented, self directed, and comfortable working independently in the field while collaborating with a supportive construction and facility services team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on commercial facilities and building systems
• Troubleshoot and repair basic HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural issues
• Complete work orders, document findings, and update maintenance records
• Conduct facility inspections to identify safety and repair needs
• Support minor construction, fit outs, and building improvements
• Travel between multiple client sites in the region as assigned
• Communicate professionally with clients and coordinate with internal teams
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and relevant regulations
