General Warehouse

NCW is hiring General Warehouse associates to support logistics and professional service clients. In this role, you'll load/unload materials, pick and pack orders, stage and label products, operate basic warehouse equipment, and maintain accurate inventory. You'll follow safety procedures, keep work areas clean, and collaborate with your team to meet quality and productivity goals. Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately and on time
• Load and unload trucks and materials safely
• Operate pallet jacks or forklifts as authorized
• Maintain inventory accuracy using RF scanners or basic systems
• Label, wrap, and prepare shipments to client specifications
• Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Assist with cycle counts and stock replenishment
• Work collaboratively to meet productivity and quality goals
• Report equipment or safety issues promptly
