Member Services Representative I - Credit Union

GreenState Credit Union is seeking a MAC Representative I to deliver exceptional member service via phone and digital channels. In this role, you'll assist members with accounts, loans, cards, online and mobile banking, and general financial inquiries. You'll handle transactions, research and resolve issues, identify member needs, and refer appropriate products and services. Working in a collaborative, member-focused environment, you'll uphold service and compliance standards while building financial confidence for members and supporting community-focused initiatives and growth.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries via phone and digital channels
• Assist members with accounts, loans, cards, and digital banking services
• Process routine financial transactions accurately and securely
• Research and resolve member issues and escalate when necessary
• Educate members on Green
• State products, services, and self-service tools
• Identify member needs and make appropriate product or service referrals
• Document interactions and maintain accurate member records in systems
• Adhere to financial, security, and regulatory compliance standards
• Meet or exceed service quality, accuracy, and productivity goals
• Contribute to a collaborative, member-focused team environment
