What You’ll Lead:

As the senior leader in the field, you’ll be the force that keeps massive commercial projects moving with clarity, confidence, and momentum.

• Lead electrical field operations on large ground‑up commercial projects nationwide
• Direct manpower, workflow, subcontractors, and daily execution with senior‑level authority
• Maintain top‑tier safety, quality, and inspection readiness
• Coordinate seamlessly with GCs, owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors
• Run site meetings, resolve complex field challenges, and keep communication sharp
• Ensure installations meet plans, specs, NEC, and your own high standards
• Mentor foremen and rising leaders to strengthen the field pipeline
• Bring consistency, leadership, and excellence to every jobsite you touch

What You Bring:

• 7+ years of electrical field leadership, including Superintendent‑level responsibility
• Proven success running ground‑up commercial projects with large crews
• A leadership presence that motivates teams and earns respect instantly
• Deep knowledge of electrical systems, NEC, installation methods, and sequencing
• Strong communication skills with GCs, owners, and multi‑trade partners
