The team is open to both new graduates and experienced T&E practitioners , with schedule flexibility that can include hybrid or fully remote arrangements after an initial in‑office onboarding period.

Candidate Profile

• LL.M. (Taxation or Trusts & Estates) or in the process of obtaining one
• Strong academic credentials and excellent grades/class rank
• Open to new graduates and experienced attorneys
• Active member of the Florida Bar

Work Arrangement

• Hybrid schedules available
• Fully remote for exceptional candidates

Compensation & Hours

• Competitive compensation
• Annual billable expectation: 1,800 hours
• Bonus structure tied to hours with a discretionary component
